Terms and Conditions

1)       All buyers must register on our website to bid online.

2)       All buyers must be willing and able to sign a contract of sale immediately after the closure of the online auction. Contract to be returned to the auctioneers within 48 hours of the buyer being notified of being the successful bidder

3)       All buyers must be willing and able to provide the auctioneers with 10% of the agreed purchase price and each lot is subject to a buyer’s fee of 1% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum of £495) including vat immediately after the closure of the online auction. Deposit to be received by the auctioneers within 48 hours of the buyer being notified of being the successful bidder.

4)       Auctioneers reserve the right to offer the lot to the next highest bidder in the event that the signed contract and or deposit are not received within 48 hours of the closure of the online auction.

5)       Deposit can be paid by cheque, bankers draft, debit card or telegraphic transfer.

6)       Completion will take place on the date specified in the contract and associated conditions.

7)       All online entries are subject to a reserve price and Mustbesold reserve the right not to sell to the highest bidder if this price is not met.
