Mustbesold is an auction house offering properties for sale by auction which ‘must be sold’

The next sale will be held at a new venue; Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, Kensington, London, W8 7NX on Tuesday 2nd February 2010 at 1.00pm.

Our December 7th sale attracted many registered bidders, both over the telephone and in the busy sale room, with an overall strike rate of a superb 83%!

Our February sale features property that 'must be sold' from all over the UK, on behalf of major banks, housing associations and private clients. The lots will be offered by the vastly experienced Graham Penny, widely recognised as one of the most successful auctioneers in the country.
